Go to ‘My orders’ in your Yehwang dropshipping account and select the order that you’re not happy with. Then hit the ‘Returns Application’ button and fill in the product quantity and return reason. In case you submit a return request because you received a defective or incorrect item it will be mandatory to attach a picture of this item.

After you submit your return request you will be able to retrieve this order in the ‘Returns’ section within ‘My orders’. We will get back to you by email within 3 working days after submitting your request. You will also notice that the status of your request will have changed from ‘Pending’ to ‘Approved’ or ‘Rejected’. With this status change you will be notified whether products need to be returned to us or not.

In case products do need to be returned to us this needs to be done within the following 7 days. Products need to be returned in their original state and packaging. If products are not returned in the original packaging a 20% handling fee will be charged. Items Please fill in the courier name and tracking number in your return request. The return costs are for your own account.

After the products have been received by us store credit plus any possible shipping fees will be issued to your account within 3 working days. In case defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned to us store credit will be issued immediately.
